C3 327: Cultural and Public / Schools in Shadows and Wind / A Curious Museum Trio by Toyo Ito

In this issue C3 takes a look at new public buildings such as museums and schools designed in mostly Africa, Asia and Latin America. Inspired by themes such as urban landscape and shadows and wind, the editors of C3 have chosen a rich collection of modern architecture which symbolizes a new world.
