With five new projects in its regular ‘Perspective’ and ‘Archipulse’ sections (by ADEPT + Sou Fujimoto Architects, Rux Design, Fletcher Crane Architects, Shigeru Ban Architects and HASSEL), issue 313 of C3 has a customary, highly-illustrated triple focus: Digital Tectonics looks at the latest CAD issues and innovations with works by RMJM, Populous, Hopkins Architects, Arup, Adams Kara Taylor, Aedas R&D, Expedition Engineering and Foster + Partners. The ‘Gateway of Heritage’ section examines works with no visible function but much local meaning, while the ongoing ‘UrbanHow?’ section looks at island contexts with the Minimalist House by Shinichi Ogawa Architects/Urbanist and Architect, the House in Hiro by Suppose Design Office, and the Slit House by Eastern Design Office.
