This new edition again presents numerous outstanding events in informative texts and opulent pictures. The Event Design Yearbook 2014/15 shows excellent projects from the past year and takes a look at future trends. Not only the technical and creative realisation are of interest here. Another focus is the reception of events, e.g. in social networks, that has become an increasingly important part of the process. In the fields of Corporate, Employee, Public, Exhibition, Consumer, Charity, Social and Cultural Event, the specifics of each category are shown – after all, the requirements of an anniversary celebration of an international firm differ greatly from those of a cultural event with a theatrical twist. The Yearbook places elaborately planned events with powerful images, e.g. in the automotive sector, next to smaller charity events. With an article about participation by Prof. Lutz Engelke (TRIAD Berlin).
